1. Overview
At Voglynardhor, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products purchased from our website voglynardhor.world, as well as your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Your Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and its implementation under Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 7, Title 1, Section 9a), if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your intention to withdraw.
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must be returned with all accessories, documentation, and packaging included.
You are responsible for ensuring that the product is adequately packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for your protection.
4. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used after delivery, where the products are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons (pursuant to Article 16(e) of the Directive). As FloraFlow Complex is a dietary supplement, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
- Products that have been damaged by the customer.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact us at help@voglynardhor.world within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return the product. Please include your order details and reason for return (optional).
- Step 2: We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal notification and provide you with return shipping instructions.
- Step 3: Ship the product back to us within 14 days of notifying us, using the provided return address. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was delivered in error or is defective.
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
6. Refunds
Upon approved return, we will process your refund as follows:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we receive the returned product, or the day on which you provide evidence of having sent back the product, whichever is earlier.
- If you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, we are not obliged to reimburse the supplementary costs.
- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the product, whichever is earliest.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described, please contact us immediately at help@voglynardhor.world. In such cases:
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrectly delivered products.
- You are entitled to these remedies in addition to your statutory rights under the Dutch Civil Code and EU consumer protection laws.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund within the specified timeframe:
- First, check your bank account or payment provider statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

9. Diminished Value
In accordance with Article 14(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU, you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. This means you may inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but excessive handling beyond what is necessary may result in a deduction from your refund.
10. Consumer Rights
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Dutch and EU law. These statutory rights include, but are not limited to:
- The right to conformity of goods under the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 7, Title 1).
- The legal guarantee that products must conform to the contract of sale.
- Protection under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
- The right to submit a complaint through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
